December Community Meeting / Holiday Dinner
We would like to invite SASIA members to our holiday dinner on Wednesday, December 17th. The December community meeting is traditionally a dinner hosted by the SASIA officers and open to all members and residents. SASIA membership includes Christmas dinner at no charge for up to two members of each household. Additional guests and non-members are $20.00 per person. Nonmembers may join for a $24 annual fee. Adjust for the number of people attending, click Reserve a Spot, then once you have entered your name, number of guests, and email click on register. Neighborhood Strategic Plan Development Meeting
St. Augustine South residents are invited to participate in a crucial Neighborhood Strategic Plan Development Meeting to define the mission, vision, and priorities for St. Augustine South! Collaborate with SASIA and your neighbors to set goals and create implementation groups for a new 1-year and 5-year plan. Please attend one of the following identical sessions on Saturday, January 24, 2026, 1:00–3:00 pm or Friday, January 30, 2026, 1:00–3:00 pm.
Community Cleanup

Our next scheduled SASIA Shore Dr. Community Cleanup kick off is on Saturday, February 7, 2026. Cleanup starts at 9:00am and ends at 12:00pm. Sign in at the clubhouse picnic tables, 709 Royal Road. Bring a refillable water bottle and wear closed toe shoes. Pickers, trash bags and gloves will be provided. This is a terrific opportunity for teens needing community service hours. REFIT and Rev+Flow with Onika - Tuesdays and Thursdays 6:00-7:00p.m. REFIT combines powerful moves and music to create an exciting, fun workout for all ages. Rev+Flow is a one-of-a-kind workout that increases strength, builds muscle and increase mobility.
Movin’ with Melinda – Tuesdays and Thursdays 8:30-9:30 a.m. Move and groove in a low to medium impact exercise class with music from the past and present. A $5.00 donation is requested. Contact Melinda at slidermomma@yahoo.com.
