Mark your calendar for the SASIA Fall Festival on Saturday November 7th. There will be food, fun, music and lots of kid's activities. Dakota Band (oldies, country, & rock) will be playing from 1-4pm.

Weekly classes at the clubhouse are open to the public, you do not need to be a resident in St. Augustine South to participate.

REFIT and Rev+Flow with Onika - Tuesdays and Thursdays 6:00-7:00 p.m. REFIT combines powerful moves and music to create an exciting, fun workout for all ages. Rev+Flow is a one-of-a-kind workout that increases strength, builds muscle and increase mobility.
Movin’ with Melinda – Tuesdays and Thursdays 8:30-9:30 a.m. Move and groove in a low to medium impact exercise class with music from the past and present. A $5.00 donation is requested. Contact Melinda at slidermomma@yahoo.com.
Beginning Line Dancing – Wednesdays 1:00-2:30 p.m. Have fun as you boot, scoot, and boogie while learning to dance. Join Dianne and Ingrid for a beginning level line dance class. A $5.00 donation is requested.
Intermediate/Advanced Line Dancing – Mondays 10:00 a.m.-12:00p.m. and Wednesdays 3:00-5:00 p.m. Join Jinny for an intermediate/advanced level line dance class. A $5.00 donation is requested.
PERCUSSION PLAY! Mondays at 5:00p.m. and Wednesdays at 10:00a.m. A rhythm & movement class for babies & toddlers ages 6 months- 4 years, with a caregiver. Join us for an hour of community and musical exploration through movement and bonding with your little one. Each class will be filled with singing, playing with instruments, and other fun activities! $15. Space is limited to 12. Email staugsouthpercussionplay@gmail.com to reserve your spot!
Gentle Flow Yoga- Wednesday September 9th & 23rd. 6:00pm – 7:00pm This class is for ALL bodies and levels of Yogis. Gentle flow stretches and restorative holds with the support of bolsters, blankets blocks & a drumming savasana. Bring a yoga mat and water! I have a few mats available. Sound Bath- Friday September 18th, 6:00pm – 7:00pm. Lay on a comfortable cushion mat we provide so you can relax to the healing sounds of quartz crystal bowls & drumming.
